Tiru provides an automated communication platform via the WhatsApp Business API to assist users with truck logistics, cargo tracking, and transportation inquiries.

2. User Conduct

By using this service, you agree:

• Not to send spam, abusive, or offensive messages.

• Not to use the bot for any illegal purposes or to distribute malware.

• That you are the authorized owner of the WhatsApp account used to message us.

3. Automated Communication

You acknowledge that you are interacting with an automated system (bot). While we strive for accuracy, Tiru is not liable for errors in automated responses. For critical issues, users should request to speak with a human representative.

4. Opting In and Out

• Opt-in: By sending the first message to our WhatsApp number, you consent to receive automated responses.

• Opt-out: You can stop receiving messages at any time by replying with the word "STOP".

5. Limitation of Liability

White Diamond for General Transportation and the Tiru app shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from the use of the WhatsApp bot, including but not limited to technical delays, service interruptions, or incorrect automated information.
